Texas Grill features delicious food served in a casual setting. The uniqueness of the Western-themed menu sets this restaurant apart from the competition.
Hand-breaded chicken fried steak and crispy fried farm-raised catfish are always favorites. Queso Chicken is a delicious boneless breast smothered in a light cheese sauce, grated cheddar and fresh pico de gallo. We say, "No one orders our Queso Chicken on their first visit, but when they see us serve one, they come back and order one for themselves the next day. It is really tasty, and very unique to our menu."
The "grill" in Texas Grill is not a flat grill where foods absorb fats as they cook in their own juices, but rather a specially designed char-broiler that produces juicy burgers and chicken with the golden-brown stripes of a backyard barbecue grill. The restaurant's staff cooks every entree to order including the succulent chicken kebobs which are glazed with a special tangy marinade as they sizzle over the flames.
Accompanying the entrees is an array of homemade vegetables and fresh hand-cut salads. The cream pies are made from scratch in the restaurant's kitchen. The German Chocolate Pie is the favorite house dessert.
